ATTENTION – PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS PRIOR TO MAKING A PURCHASE WITH EAST COAST CURATIONS

WE STAND BY OUR POLICIES

POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE 

All products listed on eastcoastcurations.com (hereinafter “East Coast Curations”) are sold for the purposes of collectable art only.  All functional art listed shall be considered for tobacco use only.  All consumers must be 21 years old to purchase.  By shopping through East Coast Curations, you, the consumer is responsible for understanding your local, state, and countries laws and regulations pertaining to the ownership of said products.

Our gallery takes pride in providing our customers with the best quality products and guarantees that our consumers are only purchasing a first quality product. 

Shipping Policy:

All products will be shipped through the United States Postal Service with either priority or express shipping. East Coast Curations ships breakable items and strives to make sure the correct packaging goes into each box. Typical turn around times on pre-shipment of products is 24 to 48 hours with a 2 to 10 day turnaround on shipping, pending Sundays and holidays.

All products are insured to the dollar value through Shipsurance, the consumer is responsible for filling a insurance claim with the Shipsurance via Shopify should there be any issue with shipping. Shipping rates factor in the price of purchase therefore, pricing varies based on insured amount.

Risk of Loss Policy:

All products that are purchased from East Coast Curations are dispersed in accordance with a shipping contract between East Coast Curations, the sellers, and the consumer.  The consumer is responsible for the risk of loss and title once the parcel is delivered to the carrier.  Upon delivery to the carrier, the consumer shall be provided with a tracking number as confirmation of shipment.  Once the carrier is in possession of the parcel, the risk of loss and title shall transfer to the consumer. 

Returns Policy:

East Coast Curations does not accept returns, all sales are final.

Refunds Policy: 

All purchases made through eastcoastcurations.com are non-refundable and sold as-is.

Once deposits or down payments have been made towards a piece of art those funds are non-refundable & non-transferable. Once the transaction has been worked through with the consumer, the full or partial deposit or down payment could potentially be refunded to the consumer, at East Coast Curations own discretion, this is on a case by case basis. 

Covid-19 Policy:

Due to the current issues surrounding the topic of Covid-19 to ensure the safety of our customers, each piece of art that is sold will be disinfected and cleaned prior to shipment to prevent the spread of germs and transmission of Covid-19.
